Day 1: Plotting The Course To Continuity Land

Day 1 on my trip was awesome! I’m so glad I’m on the road…

I followed my Trip Itinerary and everything was fun and easy…loved that!

I’m totally getting into my new metaphor about taking trips. It’s really really working for me. Changing my whole perspective about everything.

One of the things it helped me realize is that my new job is to make good memories. That’s it! If I have good memories, everything will be wonderful. I’ve been so influenced by my past – and can easily get stuck on the bad, anxious, yucky things from the past. It’s just how my mind references things…

So the more good I can put in my past, the better I’m going to feel and the better the perspective I’ll have on life. It’s all about Stacking The Cool, as my friend Shawn the Blender Chef would say.

Good Memories I Made Today (aka Things that happened…)

• I saw an adorable almost-two-year-old making friends with everyone on the beach.
• I ate some delicious food. Including homemade Jelly of blueberries and plums.
• I laughed. And it felt so good.
• I made a huge Road Map on my closet door! (Pictures to come…)
• I wore a sarong. A pink one w/white hibiscus flowers on it.
• I hung white twinkly lights outside on the patio.
• I talked to my favorite friend on the phone.
• I typed (which is to say I *worked*.) I’m not so good at working, but I’m really good at typing.)
• I talked to a new friend.
• I talked to the police. Bravely, courageously, & without a racing heart.
• I planned more of my Trip.
• I worked drove. (Which means that I moved forward on the project continuity program stuff!)
