Discipline helps me clarify what matters. That clarity makes it much easier to take action. End result: I get what I REALLY want.

Okay, I love this post!  I love the &#039;from Rhonda&#039; portion at the end!  By the way  you left a comment on my Wellness Blog ( http://www.myaventine.com/blog ) regarding garlic and it making you sleepy.  I&#039;m by no means in the medical field...lol, but I&#039;m guessing that it&#039;s either one of two things.
It could be you&#039;re allergic to garlic/onions 
OR
maybe you have a tendency to have lower blood pressure....and the garlic lowers it naturally a bit, so it makes you feel sluggish / tired.
That&#039;s my best guess!  :)
