Hi Mona, about Cayenne, Dr Richard Schulze has a nickname of Professor Cayenne :)
I've read some of his stuff.
" If you master only one herb in your life master cayenne pepper. It is more powerful than any other."
He has a printed newsletter, an online store & an educational website.
One of the things he says is that Cayenne is one of the most highly sprayed crops so be sure to use cert.organic.
It stops bleeding from for eg. a cut.
It increased circulation. Speeds up the action of other herbs.
Can help with pain relief from torn ligaments & muscle pain.
Helps opening , drains & sterilizes infected nasal & sinus passages.
Good 1st aid for heart problems.
I'd better not say more or FDA will be not pleased.
Sam Biser Wrote a book called Curing with.Cayenne which is prob. out of print now but you might find a copy.
Check Dr Schulze out, he is a very Pitta type, bold, brash & pulls no punches in his herbal evangalism but he's very real & knows a ton. Has run his own clinic.
He puts Cayenne & garlic is a lot of his formulars but some nice without are his digestive tonic, air spray, nerve formular, Digestive tea is very tasty.
If your body runs hot be careful :) With Cayenne. Could get Pitta deranged.
it's also Rajasic, ie stimulating energy downwards.
" Rajasic food should be avoided by those whose aim is peace of mind, but will benefit people with an active lifestyle. A little rajasic food can be sattvic, for example, hot spices can help digestion, and therefore help create peace of mind!" from here:
http://yogaholidays.net/magazine/diet.htm

Here's a link to Dr Schulze;
https://www.herbdoc.com/index.php?&c=1

Here is a link to where you can get a free phone chat with a nurse who is knowledgeable in Ayurveda which is all about restoring balance gently.

TM helps everything:

Best wishes.

Hi, Mona!
You go, girl! I did some pretty odd dietary and nutritional things based on intuitive testing I learned from www.immunics.org. My goal was to cure my depression. Many people would have thought I was nuts with my approach and the way I was testing the exact vitamins, foods and herbs I needed every day. The result? I cured my depression and lost those 20 extra pounds I gained in grad school, as a bonus.

If your Higher Self is saying "yes," I think that's the biggest endorsement for what you are doing.

Oh, and here is a wonderful site that I discovered during that process, which steered me in the right direction:

I'm with you Mona, and I love the way you set boundaries and asked for what you want. I can completely relate - sometimes you just don't want to be coached! You want support and love, and I'm happy to offer you just that. And, sending healing energy your way too.
